Designed to restore, protect, and connect Ohio's important natural and urban places, the Clean Ohio Fund works to make Ohio a better place to work and live. The State of Ohio took a giant leap forward in 2000 with the passage of the $400 million Clean Ohio Fund. With these funds, five state agencies have come together to preserve green space and farmland, improve outdoor recreation, and clean up brownfields to encourage redevelopment and revitalize communities.
