Creating the White House Council on Automotive Communities & Workers

The states of Michigan, Ohio and Indiana have been designated as the hardest impacted by the decline in the US automotive industry. On June 23, the White House issued an Executive Order creating the White House Council on Automotive Communities and Workers. This inter-agency council will work to address the issues facing the automotive industry and protect the hardest-hit communities and workers.
